  • Powersolv follows structured processes for its development and support services. However, the processes are continually monitored to evaluate their effectiveness, adaptability and ease of use. Also, the processes are monitored on a continuous basis to keep pace with the fast changing Information Technology environment. Based on this monitoring, the processes are constantly adapted and improved.


Seeking regular customer feedback on our products and services

  • The customer is the ultimate judge of our quality. Customer feedback on our products and services is a key input for our process improvement efforts. We continuously seek customer inputs on our work in order to determine the changes, if any, we need to make to serve our customers even better.


Powersolv has established, documented and implemented the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of CMMI Level 3, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standards.
